The goal of Middlesettlements Settlers (3rd-5th Grade) boys basketball program is to provide a positive atmosphere in which each player can become the best individual they can be within a team setting. During the preseason and throughout the season, the MSE student-athletes work to develop the following: teamwork, sportsmanship, self-discipline, moral character, and individual skills.
We take pride in our school and our basketball program. Through participation, student-athletes develop commitment, learn to accept responsibility, and understand the importance of their commitment to a larger group. Participation in school athletics should be considered a privilege, which carries with it varying degrees of honor, responsibility, and sacrifice.
